Healthy Recipe Ideas To Mix Up Your Spring Routine!

This Spring I am looking to change up my routine as this winter was long and boring being in lockdown, so I need a change as I am going stir crazy! My new thing is fun alternative healthy options to add to my meals and being more creative with my recipes this season. Chocolate Avocado Smoothie, LIVA

Breakfast, lunch, snack - this avocado chocolate smoothie satisfies all my cravings for nourishment and a chocolately hit! This recipe yields one large or two single-serve smoothies.


1 cup milk of choice (oat, soy, coconut, almond - even cow!)
1/2 ripe avocado
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 scoops collagen peptides (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup LIVA date sugar (you decide!)


Place all ingredients in your blender
Blend until fully combined
Add more milk to achieve desired consistency
